RUMAH MANDALAY is a fully serviced villa. A Balinese, English, and Japanese speaking Villa Manager is at your beck-and-call. He can be likened to your own concierge. He runs the small staff of housekeeper (providing daily maid service), gardener, and technician/pool-man. A chef, driver, or any additional staff can be arranged (at additional cost) as needed. We can also arrange travel, car/motorbike hire, excursions, yoga, surfing or diving instruction, or any of your other requirements.

If you book directly from our website then your airport transfers, by air-conditioned people-carrier, are inclusive of the rental charge.

Pristine bed linen, towels and cloths are changed by the housekeeper regularly and we can arrange additional laundry services (At nominal additional cost) . The villa has a full complement of crockery, cutlery, wine and drinking glasses, together with every household appliance and utensil necessary.

Pool furniture, garden furniture, BBQ, and outdoor shower are there for your use. The pool is meticulously maintained and can be fenced off if requested for child safety reasons (additional charge). Please advise us in advance if this is required.
